As we move through life beyond 40, change becomes a constant companion.
Some of it beautiful. Some of it brutal. Careers shift, bodies evolve, relationships deepen—or fall away. It’s a season of questions, of clarity, of becoming.

Many women find themselves navigating grief, reinvention, joy, loss, and unexpected strength—all at once. Some feel more powerful than ever. Others feel untethered. Most feel both, depending on the day.

That’s why I created Women Over 40—a portrait and story project that honors every chapter, every track, and every truth.

Whether you're in your 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, or beautifully beyond, this experience is an invitation to rediscover, amplify, and celebrate the soul of who you are right now. Through guided portraiture and optional storytelling, I’ll help you see the beauty you might have forgotten was yours all along.

Women Over 40 Session Price & Description…

Whether you're just stepping into your 40s or boldly owning your 90s, this is your invitation to be part of a one-of-a-kind portrait experience created to celebrate women in every chapter of life.

You’ll receive:

• A personalized photo shoot designed to make you feel confident, seen, and stunning

• Professional hair & makeup to help you feel your best (without looking like someone else)

• Expert guidance throughout the session—no modeling experience needed

• Complimentary nibbles, beverages & great music to set the mood

• A private viewing appointment to select your favorite images

• One complimentary fine art print of your choice for each participant

• An optional Q&A, where you can share a few reflections or words of wisdom that have shaped you

• The opportunity to be featured in our upcoming gallery-style showcase celebrating the beauty, strength, and stories of women over 40 and connect with everyone in your cohort

Upgrades are optional—your presence isn’t. Every woman’s journey is different, and I’m simply honored to have you be part of this incredible community.

P.S. You might want to plan a night out after your shoot—we can’t be held responsible for how fabulous you’ll look and feel. There’s a glow that follows you right out the door.

And just when you think the magic’s over… about four weeks later, you’ll get to revisit the experience during your personal reveal session. That’s when you’ll see the absolute best images from your shoot and choose the ones you love most.

The confidence boost? That part tends to stick around.

Participants will be invited to attend an end of project celebration.

A gallery like event that features all of the women in print at the completion of this project!!

The after party celebration will be held in the spring of 2026 for all participants and their guests. Date TBA

Five Things You Should Know:

• 1. You are photogenic.
  I hear it all the time: “I’m not photogenic.” Then you see your images—and realize it was never true. Photogenic isn’t some magical quality; it’s about connection. My job is to create space for you to relax, to feel seen, and to find the light that was already there. I don’t believe in “photogenic.” I believe in you, being yourself.

  2. Those last 10–15 pounds? They don’t matter.
  Lighting, posing, and angle make all the difference. A great photographer can add or take off 10 pounds with a lens. I’ve been in front of the camera myself—I know how powerful those tools are. My goal is to celebrate your shape, not change it.

  3. You don’t need to know how to pose.
  That’s on me. I’ll guide you through everything with simple direction that feels natural and looks incredible. No modeling experience required—just trust and a little curiosity.

  4. Feeling nervous is totally normal.
  Almost everyone feels jittery at first. It’s part of the process. But within 10 minutes, the nerves start to melt away. And by the end? You’ll be surprised at how much fun you had. (Yes, really.)

  5. Your shoot is fully yours.
  This experience is custom to you. Whether you want a soft, soulful portrait, a bold editorial vibe, or something more intimate—this is your space. And your images are always your own. Nothing is shared without your full and enthusiastic permission.
